Fluffy Simple Omelet
Description
An omelet differs from a regular fried egg in that it turns out tall and fluffy. It can be made with various vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, onions) or herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro). The dish must be served hot; otherwise, the omelet will collapse as it cools. An omelet is a great breakfast option for the whole family. Serve with herbs and sauce.
