Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Add the flour and whisk to combine. Grease a baking pan with butter.

Pour the mixture into the pan. Fill the pan at least two-thirds full. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30–40 minutes. The omelet will rise significantly while baking and will sink slightly after it comes out of the oven. This is normal. When served, it will remain fluffy and delicious.
