Fluffy pancakes made with milk
Description
Homemade treats for tea. I usually make pancakes with kefir. But if you have milk at home, you can easily use it instead. To make fluffy pancakes with milk, you'll need a tablespoon of lemon juice. First, it makes the baking powder work more actively, resulting in lighter and airier batter. Second, the pancakes will acquire a pleasant, subtle lemon aroma, without significantly affecting the taste. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Add lemon juice to the milk, mix, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Sift the flour and add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt to it. Mix the dry ingredients.

Beat the eggs with vanilla and melted butter using a fork or whisk. Then mix the egg mixture with the milk mixture (also using a whisk).

Mix the dry flour mixture with the milk mixture, stirring until no lumps remain. However, do not overmix, otherwise the pancakes will not be fluffy.
