Fluffy pancakes made with milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make fluffy milk pancakes, you just need to add a little more flour to the batter than you would for regular pancakes. Serve the pancakes with jam, sour cream, or any other toppings of your choice. Can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take a clean, dry bowl with high sides and sift the flour into it twice. Then add baking powder (which can be substituted with baking soda), sugar, and salt to the flour. Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Put a fresh raw chicken egg into a separate bowl. It should be fresh.
- 3
Step 3

Pour milk into the egg and add vegetable oil. The oil is necessary to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the skillet surface during cooking. Whisk all the ingredients together with a whisk.

Step 4

Pour the milk-egg mixture into the flour. Mix very carefully. Whisk until all lumps in the batter have dissolved. You can speed up the process by using a mixer for this purpose.

Step 5

Heat the pan on the stove and pour in a little vegetable oil. If the pan has a non-stick coating, you can skip the oil. Pour the batter onto the pan with a spoon or ladle and fry the pancakes for a few minutes on each side.
