Fluffy dough for buns on milk
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. This dough is suitable for both savory and sweet fillings. You only need to adjust the amount of sugar and salt in the dough. My kids love these buns with jam. This recipe also yields incredibly soft, fluffy plain buns without filling. In our family, these buns disappear in a day with coffee or tea. Try making these buns at home. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Heat the milk to 35-45 degrees. In the bowl of a mixer with a dough attachment, combine the yeast dissolved in milk, butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Once the mixture becomes uniform, gradually add the sifted flour. If the dough is still too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water.

Step 2

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface by hand for about 5–9 minutes, until it becomes soft and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about an hour.

Step 3

After some time, grease the baking pan with oil. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, and shape each part into 3 balls.

Step 4

So, with this amount of ingredients, I get 24 balls. At this stage, you can add filling to the buns.

Step 5

Cover the pan with the dough pieces with a damp towel and let it rest for another 15–20 minutes. The dough should rise another 1.5 times.

Step 6

Place the buns in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until a golden crust forms.
