
Donuts with apples
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Apple sweetness varies, so you may need between 1½ and 2 tbsp of sugar. Keep in mind, though, that the more sugar in the fritters, the faster they will brown when frying. So keep the heat just below medium so they cook evenly. Bookmark this recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel and core the apples. Cut into pieces and transfer to the blender jar. Add water.

Pulse the apples with water on pulse until they form a purée.

As soon as a smooth ball forms, shape it into a log and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Dust the work surface with flour. Roll each piece into a round flat cake no thicker than 1 cm.

In a sauté pan or braiser, heat the vegetable oil, then reduce the heat to just below medium. Pan-fry the pishki for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
