Pyshki with honey

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Honey fritters are a rich, sweet dish. Besides the fat in the dough, they are shallow-fried in vegetable oil. Fry the fritters over moderate, almost low heat. The dough contains cottage cheese, so it cooks through slowly. Once cooled, the finished fritters have a slightly moist crumb. They pair well with sour cream or kefir. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
