Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to tell you, serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients. Let’s get started!
- 2
Step 2

2. Sift the flour well, add sugar, a pinch of salt, instant yeast.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add warm water (38‑39 degrees), vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

4. Start kneading the dough with a spoon.
- 5
Step 5

5. Move to the counter, knead the dough for 5‑6 minutes until a soft and elastic ball forms. Place it in a bowl and cover with a dry towel. Put it in a warm place for 30‑40 minutes. I put it in the oven, preheated to 40 °C.

Step 6

6. Dust the work surface with flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 1 cm thickness. Shape the buns—I do it with cookie cutters. Try to remove the excess dough right away, otherwise the figures will stick; after all, it’s yeasted dough!

Step 7

7. Heat a skillet with a spoon or two of vegetable oil, add the puffs, low heat. You can cover with a lid; the puffs will rise better.
- 8
Step 8

8. When a golden crust forms, flip them onto the other side and fry. Look how they have grown!
- 9
Step 9

9. Remove the puffs, place them on a small plate and dust with powdered sugar.
- 10
Step 10

10. From this amount of dough I got two full plates with a mound! Enjoy!
