Cottage cheese fritters fried in a pan
Description
For pышki, you need to prepare dough using kefir; it should be thick, sweet, and aromatic. Roll out the dough, cut out circles using a mold, and fry in hot oil on a skillet. An excellent option.

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the pyshki. You will also need paper towels to blot the pyshki to remove excess fat.

Step 2

Whisk the raw egg with sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Pour in the kefir and mix. Then add the butter, flour, and soda, and start kneading the dough.

When the dough becomes quite thick, dust the table with flour and continue kneading. Do not make it too stiff. Once it stops sticking to your hands, it's ready.
