Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. To make steamed buns, prepare yeast dough and a filling made of cabbage, ground meat, and onion. Cook in a steamer. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Knead the dough and let it rise well. Then shape it into small balls (slightly smaller than an egg, or about the same size). Cover with a towel and let rest for about twenty minutes.

2. Prepare the filling. Slice the cabbage, mince the garlic, season with spices, and then squeeze it slightly. The cabbage should release its juice. Mix everything together with the minced meat.

3. By this time, the dumplings are already ready to be rolled out into pancakes. Roll out the dough and place the filling on top.

4. Shape the dough into knots that look very similar to manty. Then place them in a steamer. Let them sit for a while until the pieces rise slightly. Steam for about forty-five minutes.
