
Stewed chicken gizzards

Remove the membrane from the chicken gizzards by scalding them with boiling water, then wash them under running water.

Slice the onion into half-rings and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden, then add the carrot and cook for another 3 minutes.
