
Tapioca pudding
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, no one will make this tapioca pudding at home every day. But for those occasions when a true gourmet is coming to visit (surely you know one or two such "characters" among your acquaintances), someone who dares to criticize your culinary talents—knock them off their feet with your skill in preparing such an exotic dessert! Serve it chilled.

1. Pour coconut milk over the tapioca and let it soak for half an hour. Then add egg yolk and sugar. Add vanilla flavoring as well, if desired.

2. Mix until smooth and place over very low heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer until it reaches your desired consistency. Pour into cups.

3. While the pudding base is cooling in the molds, make mango puree using a blender. You can also add lemon juice and sugar here, if desired.

4. Keep the molds in the refrigerator until the tops set, then decorate with orange puree and serve!
