Sour cream pudding
Description
I'm sure there couldn't possibly be a more delicate dessert! Well, of course, there are plenty of incredibly tender desserts in the world, so I won't make absolute claims. But the fact that this is not only an unbelievably tender, melt-in-your-mouth dessert, but also a great way to "use up" excess sour cream—that's undeniable! So if you're worried that your sour cream might spoil before you get around to eating it, I highly recommend finding out how.

Step 3

3. And only when the pudding has cooled down, we turn the molds upside down, and it will fall out by itself. Decorate with syrup and berries, and serve!
