Pomegranate Juice Pudding
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The juice pudding is very simple and quick to prepare. You can use whole pomegranates and squeeze the juice yourself, but that will take quite a bit of time and fruit. It's much faster and easier to buy good-quality pomegranate juice. Add sugar to taste, and you can substitute the starch with flour, although the dessert turns out more delicate with cornstarch. Serve chilled.
