souffle
Description
Adults will surely remember the taste of this dessert, while most children probably don't even know what it is. If you'd like to enjoy a delicate, airy soufflé, I recommend making it yourself. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Pour 1 cup of milk into a saucepan and add 14 grams of gelatin. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly with a whisk. Do not let the mixture boil; as soon as small bubbles appear, immediately remove from heat.

Step 2
Place the chilled sour cream and cream into the bowl of a mixer, add 1 cup of sugar, and beat until a fluffy mixture forms.

Step 3
Continue beating and slowly pour in the milk-gelatin mixture.

Step 4
Grease a glass dish with vegetable oil and place the mixture into it. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish with a spatula, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.

Step 5
Place cocoa, remaining sugar, 7 grams of gelatin into a saucepan, pour in water and milk, and mix with a whisk.
