These pancakes are just as easy and quick to make as regular ones. They're delicious, nutritious, and no one will guess that the main ingredient is leftover millet porridge. Serve the pancakes with honey, jam, preserves, sour cream, or with butter, cheese, and other sauces. They can be served warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. In a bowl, mash the prepared porridge, add the egg, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Let the batter sit for a few minutes, then proceed with cooking.

2. Place a frying pan on the stove, pour in sunflower oil and heat it up. Spoon the batter onto the hot surface. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a golden crust forms.
