
Wheat porridge with meat
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can cook a hearty and delicious wheat porridge in 25 minutes. Choose any meat you like: pork, beef, lamb, chicken, etc. You can also use canned meat, provided it's boneless. Do not add bay leaf while cooking the porridge, as it will make the dish bitter. The ready dish can be served.

Pour the wheat cereal into a deep container and add water. Rinse several times to remove the husk.

Transfer the washed grain to a pot and add salt. Pour in hot water and place the pot on the stove. Boil the porridge for about 12 minutes, removing any foam that forms.

Place the boiled meat on top and mix. Cook for another 8 minutes. During this time, the porridge will absorb the fat and meat juices, becoming tastier and smoother in texture.
