
Spicy pork roll in a multicooker, wrapped in parchment paper
Description
It takes very little effort and time to prepare an excellent alternative to store-bought delicacies. Homemade pork belly roll is delicious and juicy, and it's incredibly easy to make.

Step 1

Pat the brisket slices dry with a paper towel and thoroughly rub the salt and sugar mixture into both sides. Sprinkle with the spice mixture and rub it well into the meat.

Roll the meat tightly into a roulade and tie it crosswise with string.

Place the roll onto a piece of parchment paper folded in half, wrap the meat by tucking the edges of the paper on all sides.

Place the pouch in the multicooker bowl, set the temperature to 90 degrees and the time to one and a half hours. If the multicooker does not have a "Multicook" mode, you can bake the roll in the "Baking" mode for an hour. Then let the roll rest for about 20 minutes in the warming mode.

Remove the roll and cool without removing the parchment paper. Then carefully unroll the package and drain the meat juice.

Slice the roll into pieces and serve. The roll can also be served hot.
