Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the pumpkin and oranges. Grind the bran in a coffee grinder.

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into slices, then bake in the oven at 200 °C for 35 minutes.

Soak the bran in warm boiled water. Grate the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice. Soak the gelatin in the orange juice.

Blend the pumpkin, bran, sugar, spices, and zest until smooth using a blender.
