Spiced orange oil
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Spiced orange oil is very easy to make. The main thing is to have a multicooker with temperature and time settings. Do not close the multicooker with a lid, so that condensation doesn't drip into the oil, as this will affect its quality. You can easily remove orange zest using a vegetable peeler. Use only the yellow part; the white part will add bitterness. This oil is perfect for dressing vegetable and fruit salads, flavoring dough, and brushing homemade baked goods. The finished oil can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
