
Gingerbread Cookies
Description
This recipe won’t take much time. The finished gingerbread can be sprinkled not only with sugar but also with confectioners’ sugar, or topped with icing. It’s best to serve the baked goods after they have cooled. You can serve them with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar (half of the amount indicated), pour in the milk.

Add melted butter.

Add the flour and baking soda.

Knead the dough.

Place the dough on a silicone mat and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin sheet. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.

Using a plastic mold, press out the pryaniki.

Transfer the prepared gingerbread cookies to the baking sheet.

Put the gingerbread in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
