Description
The baking is prepared simply and quickly. As can be seen from the step‑by‑step instructions, the “Nezhenka” gingerbread cookies are made very fast and easily, you end up with a lot of them, enough for a large and close‑knit family. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients for making gingerbread.

Pour the milk into the saucepan and heat it to a boil.

While the milk is heating, mix 125 grams of flour and sugar.

Pour the hot milk into the mixture of flour and sugar. Stir well so that no lumps remain.

Add vegetable oil and let it cool to room temperature.

Sift the flour, add baking powder and vanilla.

Beat one whole egg into the mixture of milk, flour, and sugar, and add another yolk (reserve the white for the glaze).

If the dough sticks a lot to your hands and the table, add more flour. Divide the finished dough into several parts.
