Condensed milk gingerbread cookies
Description
If you don’t have butter on hand but you do have margarine, you can use it with confidence. You don’t need to add sugar to the dough, because condensed milk is already quite sweet and that will be enough. You can glaze the finished gingerbread not only with beaten egg white, but also with chocolate or regular icing. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
