Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. The recipe for a no-bake gingerbread cake is simple, yet the result can exceed all expectations. The fruit filling can be any kind you like. This dessert can be made using ingredients you already have in your fridge.

2. For the cake, it's better to use gingerbread without filling. Slice the gingerbread into thin pieces with a sharp knife.

3. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance. Mix the slightly softened butter with sugar.

4. Add sour cream to the butter with sugar and mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.

5. Dip the pieces of gingerbread into the prepared cream and place them into a mold. Generously spread cream on top.

6. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Place them on top of the gingerbread layer.

7. Time for the gingerbread again. Place them in a single layer on top of the bananas, previously dipped in the cream.

However, to give it a more festive look, you can prepare a chocolate glaze. To do this, mix cocoa, sugar, butter, and sour cream. Place the mixture over heat and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then spread over the top layer of the cake. Now refrigerate the cake for at least 1.5 hours. Before serving, decorate the cake with fruits or nuts.
