Spicy salad dressing
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. This dressing is perfect for light, diet-friendly salads, as olive or sunflower oil infused with the aroma of spices will only enhance the taste of any light salad! I recommend making a large batch in summer, since it can be stored for quite a long time, and you'll be able to use seasonal herbs and spices. If using olive oil, choose cold-pressed; for sunflower oil, use unrefined. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
