Spicy chicken in apricot glaze.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. In a small bowl, mix together apricot jam and red pepper flakes, then set the glaze aside. Line a baking sheet with foil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes. Brush the chicken with the prepared glaze. Continue baking until the glaze turns brown, for 4 to 5 minutes at 165 degrees. Serve hot.
