Prepare the ingredients.

Pour 200 ml of water over blackberries, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Strain the blackberry kissel, cool to room temperature, add half of the gelatin, mix well, pour into a saucepan, heat gently without boiling.

Pour the hot blackberry jelly into molds, then place in a cool place for 30-40 minutes, until it sets.

Dissolve the remaining half of the gelatin in 200 ml of water, add 1 tablespoon of sugar (or to taste), and pour in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
