Description
The recipe won’t take long. If you follow a diet, use low-fat dairy products. Kefir can be replaced with yogurt or cultured buttermilk. If you don’t have protein or protein shake mix, use dried skim milk instead. You can add any gluten-free flour or bran to the muffins. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
