
Simple Cheese Crackers
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You'll never need to buy cheese crackers again, as this recipe will allow you to make the most delicious cheese snack you've ever tasted. Be sure to grate the cheese into fine crumbs, either using a blender or a grater. You can rub the flour and cold butter together with your hands to form crumbs, so don't worry if you don't have a blender. Be sure to add a bit of turmeric—it will give the pastry a golden color.

1. Grate the hard cheese in a blender until it becomes fine crumbs. Rub the cold butter into the flour until crumbly (using a blender or your hands).

2. Add the flour crumbs to the cheese, along with more flour, salt, and turmeric. Mix well and add milk. Knead into a firm dough. Divide the dough into several portions and roll each into a 0.5 cm thick sheet.

3. Cut a circle out of it and slice it into triangles. In each triangle, cut out small round holes so they resemble cheese slices.
