Description
To make simple muffins, we will need softened butter or margarine, a packet of baking powder, and you can add any filling of your choice. I like these muffins because they turn out very fluffy and tender at the same time. Plus, they are easy to prepare. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.

Add baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the flour. Mix well.

Then mix the melted butter with the egg and milk, and then add it to the dry mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.

Don't be surprised if it's a bit runny - that's normal.

Fill the molds halfway and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
