Simple Cake (One, Two, Three)

Description

The recipe won't take much time. The base of a classic tart is shortcrust pastry—it holds its shape well while remaining tender and slightly crumbly. The custard cream is best made with milk, as it doesn't have a bitter aftertaste (unlike sour cream) and holds its shape nicely. You can decorate this tart with your favorite fruits—in this recipe, I used grapes, but you could also try peaches, blackcurrants, or raspberries—they'll all taste delicious.
