Simple recipe for buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When the buns are ready, take them out of the oven, transfer to a bowl and cover with a towel. This way they will stay soft and won't dry out. Serve these buns with tea or milk. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Blend the cottage cheese with a blender or rub it through a sieve until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and add raw chicken eggs.
- 2
Step 2

Add one tablespoon of granulated sugar and salt, which will enhance the flavor of the dish, to the bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then add the odorless vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Sift the flour through a sieve several times, then mix it with the baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the bowl with the remaining ingredients.
- 5
Step 5

Knead a smooth and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Roll it into a ball and let it rest at room temperature for half an hour.
- 6
Step 6

Divide the resulting dough into small equal pieces. This will be easy to do, as the dough is tender and does not stick to your hands thanks to the oil in its composition.
- 7
Step 7

Roll each piece of dough into a thin round flatbread, dusting the work surface with flour. Shape the flatbreads into a round form.
- 8
Step 8

Wash the cherries, remove the pits from the berries. Transfer them to a bowl, drain the released juice, and add starch. Mix thoroughly.
- 9
Step 9

Place a small amount of cherries on each dough pancake and sprinkle them with granulated sugar.
- 10
Step 10

Pinch the dough edges carefully to seal the buns. They should not come apart during baking, otherwise the cherry juice will leak out.
- 11
Step 11

Place the buns on a floured baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the buns for 25 minutes.
