Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. If you don't like yeast-based pizza dough, try this very simple recipe for making yeast-free pizza. You can prepare the pizza topping to your taste, using ingredients you have in your fridge. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl, add dried basil. If you don't like this herb, you can make the dough without it (or substitute with dried oregano).

Dissolve the sugar in milk and add it to the flour along with the olive oil.

And thoroughly mix the dough with a spoon.

We put about a spoonful of flour on the table and start kneading the dough until it stops sticking to our hands.

Grease the pizza baking pan with vegetable oil and place the rolled-out dough on it. Our pizza will have a diameter of 35-38 cm.

Spread tomato paste on the pizza base and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.

Evenly distribute the pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, and chili pepper. Lightly fry or marinate the chopped onion and add it to the pizza.
