Description

Wash and peel the mango, then cut into pieces of arbitrary size.

Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pour in the purée and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 70 degrees for 6-8 hours.
