Simple semolina cake recipe with kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of apples, you can use bananas or berries. Cut the fruit into small pieces or grate them. The cake is very simple to prepare—you won't have to fuss over it. It will be soft inside with a golden crust on top. You can bake the cake without apples, but it's much tastier with them. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
