Simple blackcurrant pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The pie preparation process is indeed very simple. Beat the eggs with sugar, add melted margarine, flour, and baking powder. Knead the dough. Put half of it in the freezer, and roll out the other half, placing it onto a baking tray. Spread currant jam over it, then grate the frozen dough on top. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
