Simple Carrot Cake with Icing
Description
Since carrots are a sweet vegetable, carrot cakes also turn out quite sweet and very aromatic. Moreover, the finished baked goods have a beautiful orange hue thanks to the carrot juice. I highly recommend adding chopped nuts and raisins to the batter for a more diverse flavor. The best option for decoration is cream cheese frosting, but you can replace it with chocolate glaze or syrup.
