Simple marinade for chicken
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. To find out when the sauce is ready, store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take a small bowl or a small deep plate, and put mayonnaise in it. You can use sour cream instead of mayonnaise; in that case, use the highest fat content product available.
- 2
Step 2

Pour soy sauce into a small bowl. Since it is very salty, you will not need to add additional salt to the marinade.
- 3
Step 3

Add French whole-grain mustard to the soy sauce and mayonnaise. If you don't have it on hand, regular mustard will work as a substitute.
- 4
Step 4

Add ground paprika to the soy sauce, mustard, and mayonnaise. If you want the marinade to be spicy, add a little red pepper.
- 5
Step 5

Peel and wash the garlic. Grate the cloves or press them through a garlic press. Add the minced garlic to the other ingredients.
- 6
Step 6

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. The resulting marinade can be stored for several days in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
