Simple onion pie
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Baked custard pies are among the easiest to prepare, yet also some of the most delicate: sour cream combined with lightly beaten eggs and sautéed onions creates an ideal filling that everyone will enjoy. If desired, place the onions on a paper towel after frying to drain off excess fat, making the filling less caloric. You can also sauté finely chopped chicken breast together with the onions for a delicious variation. Don't forget to season everything with your favorite spices. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
