
Simple yogurt cake
Description
The baking process is simple and quick. Instead of lengthy explanations, let's move straight to the baking itself. This cake can be prepared in small molds or one large one. You can use plain yogurt or flavored. The inside turns out very tender and airy. It can be baked in a multicooker or in the oven. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Wash the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater (you can substitute it with pumpkin or banana).

2. Crack all the eggs into a bowl, then beat them until fluffy. Add all the sugar at once and beat again for 2 minutes.

3. After adding sugar, pour in the vegetable oil (odorless) and mix everything.

4. Sift the flour in advance and add it to the main ingredients, mix. Add the previously chopped zucchini and mix the contents of the bowl.

5. Add vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, and cinnamon to the dough, and mix well.

6. Grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil and fill them (slightly more than halfway). Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Once they start to rise, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and continue baking for about 40 minutes.
