Simple mushroom julienne (classic)

Description
This appetizer is perfect for both everyday and festive tables. You can optionally add chicken meat and use cream instead of sour cream. Try it out and share your impressions!

Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into 4 pieces.

On a hot skillet with oil, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. As soon as the onion turns golden, add the mushrooms to the skillet.

Add sour cream to the prepared mushrooms. If the mixture is too runny, add a little flour. Simmer the mushrooms for 5 minutes, adding spices. Then transfer to ramekins and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place the cocottes with the julienned filling in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts and forms a delicious crust.
