Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any cookies as a base, but dense crackers work best. If you don't have condensed milk on hand, feel free to replace it with powdered sugar to taste. Lemon juice will add a pleasant tang to the filling, so I highly recommend including it. Before serving, you can drizzle the cheesecake with chocolate, jam, or top it with berries or fruits, for example. You can assemble the dessert in just 15 minutes, but it should not be served until at least 4 hours later. It's best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
