
Simple sautéed beef liver

1. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, remove their skin, and cut into wedges.

2. Peel the onion and slice it into very thin rings. Separate each ring into pieces.

3. Sort through the parsley, wash it, shake off excess water, and finely chop.

4. Wash the liver, let it drain, and cut into long thin strips.

5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the liver and onions. Cook for 5 minutes, until the liver is browned and the onions become softer.
