
Simple Valentine's Day cookies
Description
Homemade treats for tea. The cookies are simple but delicious, and all you need are cutters in the shape of a little person and a small heart. Of course, you can come up with other variations using cutters of different shapes. These cookies can be placed in pretty bags and given as gifts for Valentine's Day. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with cubes of cold butter and rub with your hands until a crumbly mixture forms.

3. Quickly knead a smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour.

4. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1.5 cm and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter.

5. Mix the dough scraps, adding red food coloring.

7. Place the human-shaped figures on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the hearts with water and attach them to the figures.
