Simple eggless cookies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As you'll see, it's very simple. Bake the cookies in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. If you want to dry them a bit more, turn off the heat after 25 minutes and leave the baking sheet with the cookies in the oven for another 10 minutes. But if you don't want the cookies to be crispy, remove them after 25 minutes, let them cool, and store in jars with lids. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

First, mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces, add it and aquafaba to the dry ingredients, and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
