Simple melon ice cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The only essential requirement for making this ice cream is having a blender or hand mixer, as you'll need to periodically aerate the dessert with air using one of these. You can replace the melon with peaches, apricots, pears, or even plums, depending on your preference. Be sure to use heavy cream, as it will be much easier to whip into the fluffy foam needed for this recipe. Serve chilled.
