Simple gravy
Description
If you've cooked meat and have leftover fat or broth, you can make a delicious sauce using them as a base. You'll need just a few ingredients. The sauce will turn out thick, tasty, and rich in flavor and aroma. Serve it hot; if you make a larger portion and store it in the refrigerator, simply reheat before serving.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Take beef fat (from frying or roasting meat).

Step 2

2. In a saucepan, melt the beef fat, then add the wheat flour and stir vigorously until a homogeneous mass forms. The flour will absorb all the liquid.

Step 3

3. Once you notice the flour has acquired a golden hue, pour in the beef broth. Add salt and pepper to taste, and simmer the mixture over low heat for 2-4 minutes after it begins to boil.

Step 4

4. At the very end, add the butter, which will give the sauce a smooth consistency. Serve it immediately with any side dish, for example, mashed potatoes, or store it in the refrigerator.
