Simple pizza with onions
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The specified amount of dough ingredients yields two medium pizzas, about 30 cm in diameter. The filling ingredients I've listed are for one pizza. You can freeze the remaining dough or use it immediately to make a second similar pizza or any other kind of pizza. If you don't have sausage or tomatoes at home, but really want to make pizza, I recommend trying this recipe. Onion pizza turns out tasty and filling—give it a try. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Start by preparing the pizza dough. To do this, add yeast and sugar to warm water. Mix and let sit for 10-15 minutes until a characteristic "foam" forms.

3. Put flour and salt into a deep bowl. Add the risen yeast.

4. Mix everything with a spoon and pour in the olive oil.

5. Knead by hand into a soft, slightly sticky dough. Shape into a ball and cover with a towel.
