
Simple lasagna with minced meat

Lasagna is a popular dish that can be served as a main course for lunch. Simple homemade lasagna with minced meat is served hot, accompanied by herbs or fresh vegetables.

1. For making lasagna, we traditionally take ground meat (to taste). I decided to add some mushrooms to make the dish more flavorful.

2. The lasagna sheets need to be slightly boiled in salted water, then placed into the baking dish in which we will bake.

3. Sauté the minced meat with tomatoes and tomato paste (to taste). Cook until done, then season with salt and spices to taste.

4. Sauté mushrooms and onions separately. You can use any mushrooms, but for the sake of saving time, it's better to use button mushrooms.

5. Place the meat filling and sautéed mushrooms with onions onto the lasagna sheets, then cover with the remaining layers of lasagna.

6. Prepare the béchamel sauce separately: sauté a pinch of flour in butter, add milk and simmer, stirring constantly. At the end, you can add a little nutmeg.

7. Pour the sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

8. Cut into desired sizes and serve hot as a standalone dish.
