
Simple yeast pastry
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. You can prepare the dough the night before or bake them in advance and simply reheat in the microwave before serving. These pastries are served for breakfast in five-star hotels, so you can feel like a guest there too. Making these buns is very easy, so let's get started. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Pour warm water into a saucepan, add the yeast, stir, and let stand for 5 minutes.

2. In another saucepan, pour the milk, add 3 tablespoons of butter, sugar, and salt. Place the saucepan over heat, warm the mixture well without bringing it to a boil.

3. Stir the yeast mixture with a wooden spoon, pour the milk mixture into it, and add 1 cup of flour.

6. After one hour, take out the dough and knead it, then roll it out into a 0.6 cm thick sheet. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then roll it out again and cut out circles using a round cutter.
